(Supplied)Footage showing a man swimming in his underwear was uploaded to social media, and subsequently used in the police investigation.The Peakhurst man was issued a court attendance notice for behaving in an offensive manner, entering enclosed non-agricultural lands and interfering with business, and opening, entering or damaging an animal enclosure.He is accused of swimming in the water while his friends filmed.He is accused of swimming in the water while his friends filmed.
